Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the MyGoal mobile application and Community service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
MyGoal provides personal goal tracking and optional Community features for sharing plans, check-ins, and encouragement. Features may change as the service develops.
2. Accounts
Community requires a valid Google account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your device and account secure. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use MyGoal to harass others, post unlawful or harmful content, infringe rights, distribute spam or malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or evade safety and moderation measures. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve MyGoal. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit your content.
5. Health and goal information
MyGoal is a general productivity and peer-support tool. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on the service as a substitute for qualified professional advice or emergency assistance.
6. Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or that the service will meet every requirement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyGoal and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using MyGoal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. You may request deletion of synchronized account data by contacting us.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as MyGoal changes. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions or data-deletion requests may be sent to mulli2@gmail.com.
